Due to hiding, or covering the pot the smell of species does not come out and it remains inside the pot. Because of which chicken get a different flavor, and it is cooked on coal fuel.which is also a reason for its different taste .

The species in chicken were used in its raw form not in powdered it was cooked in Saraso (musterd) oil.
The pieces of chicken were very juicy and were well-nourished, garlic was giving a great flavor to the chicken. And at the time of eating , it seemed that the chicken was cooked in the house, it is a very good dish ,in my opinion definitely try it,
