The famous Jalebi shop in Old Delhi has been named a 'Old Famous Jalebi wala 'This shop is here since 1847, the fourth generation of the family has just managed to keep the control of this shop.This famous shop of Chandni Chowk is very famous for its thick and juicy Jalebi people who present these jalebies are different. To making suger syrup (chaashni ) a very good quality of sugar is used and the Jalebies are well stew in the pure desi ghee on a low flame.
The shop is located at Dariba Kalan Road, mixture for jalebi is filled in a thick strong cloth and then it pour into hot ghee, and then the perfect shape of jalebi is given . jalebies is removed from ghee when it is golden and then put in syrup. After some time in syrup when it soak syrup it is taken out
And hot jalebies is served by putting cold rabbi on it , which taste actually awsome
